Shipping Policies:

Domestic:

☀ Packages are shipped to the address provided by the buyer at checkout. Incorrect addresses + failed deliveries as a result are not the responsibility of the seller. If an item is returned to us and the buyer would like the item re-shipped, buyer will pay additional shipping fees.

☀ Order processing times vary based on demand, but are generally 3-5 business days after payment. You will be emailed upon shipment. We are not responsible for any shipping charges accrued due to incorrect shipping address entered during checkout

☀ Custom Orders' turnaround time will vary, but are generally 2-4 weeks. You will be emailed upon shipment. We are not responsible for any shipping charges accrued due to incorrect shipping address entered during checkout

International:

☀ International order processing times are 3-5 business days, but shipping times vary greatly. Once an item leaves our hands, we are not responsible for lost items.

☀ Customer is responsible for any and all customs fees.

Refund Policy:

☀Returns on non-custom or personalized items will be accepted for a refund within 14 days of receipt of item. No refunds will be issued after 14 days, no exceptions. Buyer will pay return shipping fees. Email blair@ainsleyandelaine.com for return/exchange information.

☀ No refunds will be issued for missing packages due to incorrect shipping address.

☀ No refunds for custom work, no exceptions.

☀ We reserve the right to cancel any orders that have used a discount code that is not eligible for their purchase
